David Fifer
David Fifer, MS, NRP, is an assistant professor of emergency medical care and the Director of the Center for Wilderness & Outdoor Public Safety at Eastern Kentucky University. He is a first responder and an Emergency Management Specialist for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
